Day-by-Day Itinerary
Day 1Arusha → TARANGIRE
You will have an early breakfast at the lodge in Arusha then drive to Tarangire national park for tour. The park is known for its large herds of elephants, presence of many baobab trees and good scenery. Overnight will be at Tarangire 1 Public Campsite within Tarangire national park.
Day 2Tarangire → Lake MANYARA
Breakfast then drive to Lake Manyara national park. The distance between the two parks should be less than an hour. A tour in Lake Manyara national park will offer you great landscapes due to the presence of the rift valley, tree climbing lions, elephants, giraffes and water birds. Overnight will be Simba A public Campsite on the rim of the crater; the campsite provides nice views of the crater from a top.
Day 3NGORONGORO Crater
Early breakfast then descends into the crater for tour. The world’s largest crater is home to the endangered black rhinoceros. In addition to amazing landscapes, you will be rewarded by a good number of animals including elephants, hyenas, lions, wildebeests and many others. Overnight will be at Tulia Boutique Hotel & Spa or similar lodge in Arusha.
Departure DayARUSHA → Airport
Depending on the flight schedule, you will be transferred to airport to board the plane.
